Last updated: August 30, 2026

Sta$hlist (“Sta$hlist,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Sta$hlist application and related services (the “Service”). By using Sta$hlist, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

A. Information You Provide Directly

When you create an account or use the Service, we may collect:

  • Name (first and last) and email address.
  • Authentication tokens via Google or Apple SSO.
  • Inventory information you enter, including item names, purchase prices, quantities, search queries, and alert thresholds.
  • Import data: information extracted from forwarded receipts via our automated import tools, including merchant names, item descriptions, and transaction totals.

B. Automatically Collected Information

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type, operating system, and app version.
  • Log data such as timestamps and usage events.
  • Push notification identifiers, for delivering alerts.

Note: We do not collect precise location data.

C. Market Pricing & Third-Party Data

Sta$hlist retrieves publicly available pricing information from third-party marketplaces (such as eBay) using search-based methods or third-party data providers. This data is used solely to provide price tracking functionality and market valuation.

02How We Use Your Information

  • Account management: to create and manage user accounts and provide access to the Service based on your subscription status.
  • Core functionality: to provide inventory tracking, calculate potential profit estimates, and deliver price alerts.
  • Automated parsing: to facilitate the “Import Sta$h” feature. This process is handled by automated logic; no human at Sta$hlist reads your personal correspondence. Our systems are programmed to identify and extract only commercial transaction data.
  • Trend analysis: we utilize anonymized, aggregated data (such as general pricing trends and secondary market volume) for commercial and analytical purposes. This data does not identify you personally.

03Data Sharing & Sale

  • Personal identity: we do not sell your personal identity (name or email) to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Third-party processors: we share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app, including Stripe (payment processing), Zapier (automated receipt and email parsing for the Import Sta$h feature), Google Gemini (AI-powered item and price analysis), hosting providers, and notification services. These parties are required to protect your data and are only provided the information necessary to perform their function.
  • Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required to do so by law or to protect the rights and safety of Sta$hlist and its users.

04Data Retention & Security

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption and secure access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; use of the Service is at your own risk.

05Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You can manage most information directly within your account settings.

06Children’s Privacy

Sta$hlist is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
