• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property & Non-Compete

Ownership: All content, features, “look and feel,” algorithms, and functionality of Sta$hlist are the exclusive property of Sta$hlist and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the source code of our software.

Data Protection: You may not use any data obtained through Sta$hlist to build, inform, or support a competing software or service.

3. Description of Service & Data Usage

Sta$hlist is a tool designed to track inventory, record purchase prices, and monitor secondary market pricing.

Aggregated Trends: By using the Service, you grant Sta$hlist the right to anonymize and aggregate your data (e.g., item types, buy/sell prices) to identify market trends and pricing benchmarks. This aggregated data is the sole property of Sta$hlist and may be used for commercial or analytical purposes.

4. Email Import & Privacy Disclosure

Automated Processing: Our “Import Sta$h” feature utilizes automated logic to identify and parse commercial receipt data only.

Privacy Guarantee: No human at Sta$hlist reads your personal correspondence. Our systems are programmed to ignore any data that does not match a commercial receipt format.

User Responsibility: You agree to only forward relevant commercial receipts. We are not liable for any sensitive personal information contained in emails forwarded outside the scope of inventory tracking.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, & No-Refund Policy

Recurring Charges: Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis.

All Sales Are Final: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for mid-cycle cancellations.

Access Upon Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

6. Market Data & Financial Disclaimer

Estimates Only: Market prices and “Potential Profit” figures are estimates derived from third-party data and are not guaranteed.

No Advice: Sta$hlist is not a financial or investment advisory service. All buying, selling, and pricing decisions are made at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability: Sta$hlist shall not be liable for financial losses, lost profits, or data inaccuracies.

7. Termination at Will

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to suspected data scraping or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
